At LOZEN, our group classes are designed to be clear, supportive, and accessible. Each class comes with a detailed description, so you always know what it focuses on, the type of effort to expect, the skills involved, and who it’s designed for — no surprises, no intimidation.
To guide you even further, every class includes an informative table showing the level of strength, flexibility, skills, technique, and cardio intensity. This allows you to choose classes that truly match your level, your energy, and your goals.
